Véronique Valdès
Mezzo Soprano
Véronique Valdès was born in Switzerland and is a graduate of Mannes College in New York City, where she studied with Arthur Levy. She is a recipient of the prestigious Migros Kulturprozent Scholarship Award from Switzerland. As a Young Artist, she participated in the Académie Européenne de Musique at the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence and was also part of the Britten-Pears Young Artist Programme. She receives vocal coaching from the renowned soprano Anna Caterina Antonacci.
